Pre-Insulated Aluminium Duct is specialized in the air distribution fields and the answer to economical, technical, and constructive question. Many different material and system had been developed as an alternative to the traditional galvanized sheet metal.

Pre-Insulated Aluminium Duct is the answer as it's a sandwich panel composed of a layer base from good fire retardant rigid phenolic foam covering both sides with aluminium foil.

Phenolic pre-insulated duct has been developed around the world and is designed for use in building services / HVAC applications. It is suitable for both new build and residential, commercial, public, light industrial and leisure sectors The panels from which our ductwork is fabricated, is a fibre-free premium performance rigid thermoset phenolic insulation core, faced on both sides with a protective low vapour aluminium foil. Both facings are bonded to the core during manufacture.
